Job Summary & Purpose: The Account Manager manages up to 50 key global accounts (a blend of proactive and reactive), ensuring each receives strategic guidance, proactive support, and effective partner enablement. Operating in a sell-through model, the Account Manager helps partners drive their own sales success while identifying opportunities for growth, addressing operational challenges and strengthening long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 50 key accounts.
- Prioritise accounts based on revenue and strategic importance.
- Conduct regular check-ins or review meetings with highest tier accounts and engage long tail using technology stack.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to provide technical advice, product updates, and sales support.
- Develop and maintain account plans for top accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans.
- Ensure all activities and opportunities are logged accurately in HubSpot.
- Monitor account performance and address risks or challenges proactively.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Travel globally as required and support partners in marketing campaign execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven account management or B2B sales experience. Channel management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and build actionable account plans.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation experience.
