We are seeking a self-driven and strategic New Business Sales Executive to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications client base. Operating within a small, agile team, you will have full autonomy to manage your pipeline while securing major clients in the manufacturing and service sectors. Though our company is based in Kent, this is a home-based role, allowing flexibility while fostering close collaboration with our Business Applications team, specialising in Business Central, Dynamics Customer Engagement, Field Service and the Power Platform.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Industry Sales: Leverage your expertise to sell Business Applications into the manufacturing and service sectors, addressing their unique ERP and CRM needs.
- Lead Client Engagements: Presenting and tailoring Microsoft Business Applications solutions that address customer challenges.
- Autonomous Pipeline Management: Independently build, track, and close deals in key sectors.
- Strategic Growth Contribution: Play a vital role in scaling our Business Applications practice, influencing future direction.
- Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with the Business Applications team, ensuring seamless client onboarding and solution alignment.
- Industry & Market Intelligence: Stay informed on sector trends, competitor ERP and CRM offerings, and Microsoft’s latest Business Applications capabilities.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for other new business consultants to maintain sales continuity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven ERP sales experience (3 years plus), ideally within manufacturing and service industries.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications, particularly Business Central or equivalent ERP solutions.
- Ability to work independently, structuring your pipeline and driving business growth.
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools like Dynamics 365 Sales.
