Fantastic opportunity to join our Business Applications Team and train up to be a consultant! Our Business Applications team is the specialist business technologies and insight division of Akita Systems Limited. We create bespoke solutions using technologies including Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Business Central, and Power Platforms. We are now looking for this new position to join our Business Central team and train up for a great future!
As a Junior Business Central Support, your role will involve:
- Being responsible for workshops with customers to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpreting customers’ requirements and translating into a clear solution design document.
- Analysing breakdown and troubleshooting customers’ support tickets.
- Delivering solutions for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the wider Power Platform.
- Data migration to Business Central.
- Being customer-facing and responsible for training on Business Central, ensuring customers understand how to maximise use of the product, through a structured and user-friendly delivery method.
- Helping consultants with delivery of the project with various tasks pertaining to the project's delivery.
- Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service, including identifying opportunities to extend Business Central, where appropriate.
- Providing first-line support for Business Central users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues and queries related to Business Central.
- Assisting with system updates and maintenance.
- Documenting support activities and solutions.
- Collaborating with other IT Team members to solve issues.
- Service Desk by troubleshooting issues with Business Central, demonstrating a professional, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Being budget conscious and assisting the team with the necessary control for successful delivery.
- Being an ambassador of the Company and the software solution that we provide.
You may be required to undertake additional tasks within your capabilities and fulfil other duties in line with business needs.
