With the fast growth in our Cyber Security division we are delighted to introduce a new role: Cyber Security Services Manager. Management and organisation will be key in this role so we are looking for candidates who will bring: Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years in a management role. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, etc.). Experience in cybersecurity service delivery, such as penetration testing, risk assessments, compliance consulting, or managed security services. Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, etc.). Understanding of cloud security (Azure is mandatory) and modern security best practices. The following certifications are beneficial though not mandatory: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) Responsibilities The role itself will require flexibility and an ability to multi-skill across these key areas: Manage a team of cybersecurity consultants, analysts, and technical staff. Act as the escalation point for complex security issues and junior team members. Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for team members. Allocate resources effectively across different projects and engagements. Service Delivery & Client Management: Oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services, including penetration testing, compliance assessments (Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001), cloud security, vulnerability management, and security consulting. Ensure all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and ensure excellent service. Handle service-related escalations and ensure quick resolutions. Process & Service Improvement: Develop, refine, and standardise service delivery processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Implement and maintain best practices for cybersecurity consulting and managed security services. Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant security frameworks. Monitor and improve internal KPIs and SLAs for service performance. Business & Strategy Support: Work closely with the leadership team to align cybersecurity services with business objectives. Identify opportunities to expand services or improve efficiency. Assist with pre-sales efforts, providing technical insights for proposals and client meetings. Keep up to date with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory changes. Manage relationships with third-party security vendors, partners, and suppliers. Evaluate and recommend security tools and solutions to improve service delivery.
