We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Dynamics 365 department. This role will support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for supporting technology-driven projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Dynamics 365 project team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for project-related sessions.
- Track project progress and assist in preparing reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support resource allocation and timesheet management.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Work with the Finance team to manage billing coordination.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role within an IT or technology environment.

- Exposure to managed services or consultancy environments.
