Primary Objective: To provide senior marketing campaign capability across AKG Group (UK) as part of the shared Marketing & Communications service, supporting business growth, brand and commercial priorities across all areas. During the first 3-6 months, the role will have an intensive focus on AKG Learning and Skills, supporting growth through commercially focused B2B and B2C marketing, learner recruitment, educational partnerships and stronger alignment with Sales. The Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager will combine strategic campaign planning, team leadership and hands-on creative delivery, acting as deputy to the Head of Marketing when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Occasionally deputise for the Head of Marketing, supporting departmental operations, group-level stakeholder relationships and alignment of cross-brand marketing activity.
- Work flexibly across AKG Group (UK) as a shared-service marketing resource, supporting priority campaigns and marketing requirements across all business areas. Travel within in this role is therefore essential.
- For the first 3-6 months, take an intensive lead on AKG Learning and Skills marketing, delivering data-driven B2B and B2C campaigns to support learner recruitment, corporate partnerships and wider growth priorities.
- Directly manage, mentor and support the professional development of the Marketing Campaigns Manager.
- Act as a brand guardian and independently design high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, proposals and social assets.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, creative agencies and design houses, including briefing and quality-assuring outsourced creative work.
- Work closely with sales and operational teams across AKG Group (UK) to develop high-converting sales enablement materials, campaigns and bid support documentation.
Essential/Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong commercial or growth marketing focus.
- Proven line management experience, including managing, motivating and developing direct reports.
- Strong experience of B2B lead generation, sales enablement and developing campaigns that support commercial objectives.
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM, marketing automation or lead-generation platform to support campaign delivery, lead generation and customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement and reporting, with the ability to use performance data to evaluate effectiveness and inform future activity.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to independently produce high-quality, executive-ready digital and print collateral.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy, brand consistency and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate campaign plans, objectives and results to stakeholders.
- Creative and commercially minded, with the confidence to develop ideas while ensuring activity remains focused on business objectives.
- Confident and collaborative, with the credibility to champion marketing and work effectively with Sales, Operations and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of activity.
- Able to work autonomously in a remote environment and willing to travel nationwide as required is essential.
