Provide management and support for the organisation's IT infrastructure and operations across AKG (UK) EMPLOYMENT LTD and its component organisations. This includes overseeing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring smooth IT operations and service delivery, managing the IT budget effectively, procuring and handling IT resources and logistics, managing IT assets, providing IT support services to users, and successfully implementing IT projects. The overall goal is to optimise IT performance, minimise downtime, and meet the organisation's technological needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management and Contract Administration: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring that contracts are properly administered. This involves negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
- IT Operations and Service Delivery: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly and maintaining high levels of service delivery.
- IT Budget Management: Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and monitor the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- IT Procurement & Logistics: Involved in the procurement of hardware, software, and other IT equipment, assessing technology needs, researching vendors, and managing the logistics of acquiring and deploying IT assets.
- IT Asset Management: Tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, maintaining an inventory of hardware and software, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- IT Support: Overseeing the IT support function, ensuring that end-users receive timely and effective technical assistance, establishing support procedures, and managing the help desk.
- IT Project Implementation: Playing a crucial role in the implementation of IT projects, collaborating with project managers, defining project scope and timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
