Intuitive Thinking Skills is a leading provider of Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes, with extensive experience across numerous public sectors. We are excited to announce a new vacancy for a Criminal Justice Life Skills Coordinator to deliver our accredited, short-duration Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes in HMP Styal. This position is based in a custody setting within HMP Styal, although occasional weeks may be spent in other North West prison establishments.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging group sessions.
- Facilitate Attitude, Behaviour & Culture change programmes tailored to varied audiences.
- Work across different settings.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to support participants in their personal and professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in delivering group work and/or one-to-one sessions to adults or young people.
- Strong engagement skills and the ability to connect with diverse course participants.
- A robust work ethic and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Desirable: Experience or lived experience in Employment, Mental Health, or Criminal Justice sectors.
- Ability to pass MoJ national Vetting is essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum, based on experience.
