We are hiring a Community Executive to take ownership of our creator network. This is a hybrid role focused on creator relationship building, sourcing, and database operations. You will be responsible for developing strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, sourcing high-quality creators for campaigns, and managing the systems that keep our creator operations running smoothly. This is not a transactional role. It is designed for someone who is passionate about the creator economy, enjoys spending time with influencers, and wants to play a key part in building a talent-facing division within a high-growth marketing agency.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creator Relationship Building: Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will be required to host regular calls with creators to communicate AKG Media's mission, align on their goals, and build trust. Serve as the main point of contact for creator community engagement.
- Influencer Sourcing & Vetting: Proactively source new creators across AI, productivity, SaaS, and tech verticals. Use platforms and manual search to source and identify hundreds of new talent per week for AKG to connect with. Review creator performance data, content style, audience quality, and platform fit.
- Database and System Management: Manage and maintain our creator database using Airtable, Google Sheets, and internal tools. Ensure data accuracy including niche tags, performance metrics, campaign history, and communication status. Continuously audit and improve database workflows for scalability.
- Internal Collaboration: Support the campaigns team by recommending suitable creators for brand briefs. Monitor creator performance and engagement sentiment throughout campaigns. Flag potential red flags or strategic partnership opportunities to the team.
- Operational Support: Assist in creator onboarding, content timelines, and communications as needed. Help maintain strong communication standards and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Influencer Partnerships Division: As part of your role, you may also support the development of AKG Media's influencer partnerships division, which is focused on monetising our creator database by matching top-tier talent with direct brand opportunities. This involves working directly with clients to understand the type of creators they are looking to work with, sourcing relevant options from our internal network, and pitching back curated talent proposals.

- Ability to take initiative and own workflows independently
- Knowledge of AI, tech, or productivity content verticals is a bonus
