What The Job Entails:
Campaign Executives are essential to the agency, responsible for assisting in the smooth execution of influencer campaigns across various accounts. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for influencer marketing. This is a role for someone who wants to work collaboratively to drive campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will also be a proactive thinker, constantly identifying ways to improve processes, maximise efficiencies, and enhance client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Influencer Research & Outreach: Sourcing and shortlisting influencers based on campaign criteria. Drafting and sending outreach emails/templates. Managing initial communication and responses from influencers.
- Campaign Logistics: Scheduling content timelines with influencers. Ensuring deliverables are submitted on time. Tracking the progress of campaigns and raising any issues promptly.
- Content Review & Publishing: Reviewing influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines. Uploading content or coordinating with influencers to publish. Monitoring post-performance throughout the campaign.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Gathering campaign metrics such as CPM, engagement rates, impressions, and ROI. Compiling performance reports for senior managers. Maintaining accurate records in your CRM system.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with the onboarding of influencers. Coordinating contracts and payment processes. Keeping campaign documents and files organised. Carry out miscellaneous tasks to support the AKG Media team.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of short-form social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and the creator economy, ideally within the tech industry in the UK and US markets.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Competence in managing campaign budgets (although this will be a minor part of the role).
- Operational and Project Management Skills

- Ability to work proactively and independently with little to no supervision.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to tackle challenges head-on with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.

- Demonstrated ability to track and exceed campaign KPIs.

- Experience in data collection, reporting, and performance analysis.
