What The Job Entails:

The Campaign Director will take a leadership role in the agency, focusing on new business generation, client growth, and team management while ensuring the highest level of service delivery for influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in influencer marketing, client management, and business development. The Junior Campaign Director will take full ownership of their assigned clients, ensuring account growth and long-term retention while also helping drive the agency’s expansion through new business and service diversification. Additionally, the Campaign Director will manage and develop junior team members, ensuring they are supported, trained, and equipped to execute high-level campaigns. All team members contribute to new business through lead generation, proposal development, and pitching. Commission is awarded for securing new business deals, alongside spot bonuses for renewals and organic account growth.
