  • Has strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders
  • Has experience preparing structured analysis, reports, and presentations
  • Works well in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
  • Has familiarity with the UK healthcare system, NHS structures, or a regulated environment, which is beneficial but not essential

Why join Akeso:

  • Meaningful, high impact work in a sector that matters
  • A growing consultancy where you can shape both projects and the firm
  • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus
  • Generous and flexible annual leave
  • Enhanced family support
  • Private healthcare, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme
  • Dedicated personal and study days to support your development
  • Pension and long‑term benefits recognising service and wellbeing
  • Regular team socials and opportunities to connect across the business
