Job description
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of our leadership and management development programs, applying adult learning principles and selecting modalities that fit the need.
- Independently design blended learning solutions, including workshops, e‑learning, virtual sessions, and on‑the‑job tools, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and connected to real business outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops with confidence across mixed audiences and seniority levels, creating environments where people feel safe to learn and challenged to grow.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using established frameworks, analyse feedback and performance data.
- Communicate impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion the use of AI in learning design and delivery, exploring how tools and technologies can enhance the learner experience.
- Manage our LMS strategically, evaluate authoring tools and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business, partnering with department heads, People Experience colleagues, and subject matter experts to align learning solutions to business priorities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, curious, and high‑quality L&D team, sharing knowledge, raising the bar on what we produce, and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
What we look for
- Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or a related field, with a strong track record in leadership and management development specifically.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to own multiple workstreams at once without losing quality or momentum.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, you are a confident and adaptable facilitator.
- Experience applying evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of learning and communicate return on investment to a business audience.
- Strong instructional design capability across multiple modalities. You know how to build something that works, not just something that looks good.

- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools. Experience with LearnAmp, Articulate, or similar is an advantage.
- French proficiency is a plus.
