The Communication Working Student will support Akeneo’s global communications team by assisting across multiple practices, including events, content, design, and external communications.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of all in‑person, digital, and regional marketing events, while also contributing to promotional activities, including social media and content creation.
- Assist with vendor sourcing, procurement, contracts, and delivery logistics (branded materials, signage, catering, etc.).
- Handle administrative tasks such as RSVP tracking, budget monitoring, and post‑event feedback collection.
- Write one blog per month inspired by industry trends or analyst reports and create social media assets to amplify existing blog content.
- Support backlink outreach efforts to improve Akeneo’s online visibility.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials for quarterly campaigns (MGA – Main Gated Assets).
- Help manage the design production workflow and timelines and create visual assets using existing templates and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with PR and analyst agencies (reporting, meeting follow‑ups).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Some experience (internship, student project, or association work) in marketing, events, or communications is a plus.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools (LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with event coordination or design tools is a plus (e.g., Bizzabo, Adobe Suite).
- Fluent in English.
