Are you already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? If so, we are seeking individuals to join our supportive and inclusive community within our homes.
In this role, you will work alongside care assistants to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalising care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in line with Akari values.
We aim to create an environment where residents feel at home, with an atmosphere that respects their individual needs and their visiting family members.
