Akari Care is seeking a Regional Maintenance Operative to support our care homes across the Northeast region from Stockton to Northumberland. The role focuses on practical maintenance, building repairs, plumbing, decorating and joinery with a hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on resident well-being.
You will work with Estates Managers and the maintenance team to ensure compliance and high standards, while adapting to varying needs of residents and colleagues.
