Akari Care is a trusted provider of personalised nursing and residential care within local communities across England and Wales. They are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants to join their supportive and inclusive community within their homes.
Main duties of the job:
- Delivering the highest quality levels of care to the residents.
- Observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs.
- Assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities.
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
- Creating an environment where the atmosphere feels like the residents' personal home, catering to their individual needs.
