Akari Care is looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants to join their supportive and inclusive community within their homes. The role involves delivering the highest quality of care to residents, observing and reviewing care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.

Main duties of the job:

  • Delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents.
  • Observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs.
  • Assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities.
  • Supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way.
