Join Guardicore (now Akamai Enterprise Security Group) and change the way organizations manage their cloud and data center security. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work with our strategic customers in EMEA, familiar with their data center environments and specific deployments, and instrumental in extracting value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main focal point for all Guardicore related issues from the customer perspective.
- Assist with deployments, expansions, transitions, and other Guardicore platform activities.
- Provide best‑practice guidance by recommending policies and features to configure and use.
- Aggregate support issues and work them out with Guardicore’s technical teams and the customer.
- Raise product‑related issues that should be reviewed by Guardicore’s Product team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management.
- Advanced Linux administration with deep hands‑on experience.
- Experience with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible, etc.
- Thorough understanding of network and security protocols and troubleshooting on network devices and operating systems.
- Experience managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex distributed applications.
- Familiarity with VMware networking and vSphere.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
