As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct & exceptional customer support to address their technical inquiries and challenges.
- Resolving technical issues – serving as an SME on both products and support processes.
- Owning incident response.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience working directly with customers in a technical support engineer capacity.
- Understand fundamental customer support principles, including customer effort reduction, issue ownership, and intra-team communication.
- Possess a good understanding of: virtual machines, Kubernetes, distributed storage, networking, Linux administration.
- Demonstrate understanding of networks, DNS, Routing, Load balancing, Firewalls, and key protocols like HTTP, SSL/TLS and TCP/IP.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate aptitude for building trusted relationships with customers and team members
- Have experience troubleshooting networking issues using standard tools like MTR, tcpdump, and nmap.
