Are you an experienced agency tech recruiter ready to move in-house, without losing the pace you enjoy?
I’m working with a growing technology business in London that’s adding experienced recruiters to its internal talent team.
The role
You’ll own end-to-end hiring across tech and data, running several pipelines at once in a fast-moving, target-driven team. You’ll source, screen and assess at volume, guide candidates through the process and use data to improve results week by week.
What you’ll bring
- A strong track record in tech recruitment, ideally with agency background
- Comfort with high activity, volume of roles and clear KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
