We’re supporting a high-growth technology and talent organisation as they build a brand-new internal recruitment capability focused on senior technical hires. This role sits within a wider resource management function and plays a key part in a strategic shift toward building a strong bench and community of experienced consultants for client delivery.

This is a relationship-led internal TA role for someone who enjoys engaging senior technical professionals and building long-term talent pipelines.

The role:

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging senior-level technology professionals for client-based delivery roles
  • Building and maintaining a bench/pipeline of senior talent aligned to future demand
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and resource management to align hiring with delivery needs
  • Managing candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Creating a strong candidate experience in a competitive market

  • Proven experience recruiting senior technical candidates (agency or in-house)
  • Strong direct sourcing capability and comfort engaging passive talent
