I'm recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The company is a multi-award-winning HealthTech startup, trusted by the NHS and used by millions of people across the UK. They support women through some of the most significant moments of their lives.
The role involves owning the product process end to end: backlog, roadmap, delivery, analytics, and user research. You'll work directly with the CEO and be the connective tissue across clinical, commercial, and engineering. It's a high-trust, high-ownership role. The #1 challenge is engagement and retention across three product verticals.
What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years of PM experience, at least 2 at senior level
- Proven track record of moving retention and engagement metrics in a consumer mobile app — with specific numbers to point to
- Analytically strong — comfortable building dashboards in PostHog or equivalent
- Strong user research skills (qual and quant)
- Startup-ready — proactive, adaptable, self-directed
- Genuine passion for women's health
Health tech experience is desirable but not essential.
