Build the technical backbone for a fast-scaling tech training business. My client is a private equity-backed tech consulting company transforming how people enter the tech industry. They run intensive bootcamps for talented graduates and place them with top UK organisations. As they grow quickly, they need a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help build their AI systems.
The role is based in London and requires someone to be in the office 4 days a week (Moorgate area).
What You'll Be Doing
- Advanced Automation Engineering: Lead the move from old processes to a high-performing Flow setup. Design, build, and maintain complex Flows that handle cross-object logic and updates across multiple systems.
- Governance & Best Practice: Act as guardian of the Salesforce Org. Define and enforce best practices across automation, naming conventions, documentation, and security. Lead peer reviews, ensuring enterprise-grade standards.
- Core Cloud Optimisation: Act as the expert for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Improve lead conversion, case management, and entitlement processes.
- Integrated Stack Management: Manage automated connections between Salesforce and other systems, such as Certinia, XCD, DocuSign, Conga, and off-platform tools, using Zapier.
- Platform Quality & AI Readiness: Keep the platform running smoothly by ensuring data structures are ready for Data Cloud and that automation is set up for future Agentforce use.
The Environment
- A mature, well-architected Unlimited Edition setup: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Established Certinia (PSA/ERP) and XCD (HR/Payroll) integrations.
- Fully declarative architecture - all integrations built using Flows.
- ~30,000 applications annually flow through the system.
You will work with another Senior Salesforce Admin. You will report to a Head of Systems who values technical skill and supports your growth.
What You'll Need
- Essential: Extensive Salesforce Administrator experience, Strong Flow Builder expertise (Loops, Collections, Transform, Variables, Complex Logic), Understanding of relational data models and ability to write/debug SOQL, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Proven experience in a complex, integrated business environment.
- Highly Desirable: Hands-on experience with Certinia (PSA/ERP), XCD (HR), DocuSign, Conga, or Zapier, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant, Exposure to Data Cloud (DMOs/Identity Resolution) and Agentforce (Topics/Actions).
Why This Role Stands Out
- Cutting-Edge Tech With Support: Work with an external AI specialist to set up Data Cloud and Agentforce, then take over once they are in place. You will get the support you need to learn these platforms.
- Professional Development Investment: You can complete certifications during work hours. The company supports conference attendance and includes time for training in its plans.
- Strategic Ownership: You will manage projects from start to finish without complicated reporting lines. Build, deliver, and take responsibility for your work.
The Reality
