Akaina Talent is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer based in London (Hammersmith) to lead the design of advanced cooling systems for AI data centers. This is a hands-on role where you will develop high-heat-flux cooling hardware and take ownership of engineering challenges from inception.
The position offers equity, direct ownership of the engineering function, and the opportunity to work with experienced founders. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and commit to a minimum of three days per week in the Hammersmith lab.
