London (4 days office / 1 day remote). I’m working with a fast-scaling organisation that’s rethinking how people launch and build careers in Technology, Data, and AI. They’re looking for a Careers Recruiter to join a high-performing, data-led team, with a particular focus on supporting the growth of their academy within Data & AI. This is a brilliant opportunity to get in early on something evolving - helping shape talent pipelines in one of the most in-demand areas of the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing candidates through the full journey - from initial engagement to programme placement
  • Building and nurturing pipelines of talent specifically interested in data, analytics, and AI pathways
  • Acting as a career coach, helping individuals understand where they best fit within emerging tech landscapes
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from first interaction through to outcome
  • Using data and performance metrics to optimise pipeline quality, conversion rates, and engagement

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in fast paced recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing candidate pipelines
  • A genuine interest and passion in data, AI, or emerging technologies (this doesn’t need to be deeply technical)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide and influence candidates
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple processes simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, metrics-led environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and candidate experience
