The role
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role. You will build and manage a qualified Data and AI pipeline, have C-level conversations with senior technical buyers, close large complex deals, and help develop the sales team. Building and maintaining senior client relationships — through meetings, events, and face-to-face interactions — is a core part of this role.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience driving growth across a sales team, not just as an individual contributor
- A real commercial background in Data and AI, with experience selling upskilling programmes or consultancy and professional services in this area
- Track record of signing large contracts in a consultative, relationship-led environment
- Comfortable in front of C-suite buyers — CDIOs, Heads of Data, Transformation Directors
- CRM-disciplined and data-driven in how you manage commercial activity
What’s on offer
A competitive package with strong OTE. The business is growing quickly, so this role offers real potential for the right person. 4 days a week in the London office (in the Liverpool Street area) is a firm requirement.
