About the role
Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Research Triangle Park, NC.
This hybrid position is ideal for a local candidate who is ready to take on the challenge of designing and implementing complex software solutions.
You will play a key role in both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality application performance.

What you'll do
- Analyze and clarify business requirements to inform module design and implementation.
- Create, develop, and perform unit testing on intricate frontend and backend application components.
- Work closely with the System Testing team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix defects and bugs.
- Assist the Deployment team during release cycles to address any deployment challenges and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Script, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. js for frontend development.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node. js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and No SQL databases.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
