The Role
- To contribute at a senior level to the digital strategy for AKA and its clients.
- To direct the strategy and delivery of digital media campaigns for key accounts.
- Set and oversee best practice for digital media team and client activity.
- Lead the internal process for digital media planning, buying and reporting.
- Collaborate with counterparts across digital team in the agency, including BI, Ticketing, Digital Creative Studio and Organic Content to ensure a robust digital approach for all clients.
- Develop the quality output from the digital media team.
Essential Experience Required
- 5+ years’ agency and/or media owner experience.
- Client-facing experience leading relationships and meetings.
- Experienced in line managing team members.
- Experience running digital accounts for multiple clients at any given time.
- Experience working with creative production teams, to communicate and troubleshoot faults and updates with creative.
- Experience across Meta, Google and Display platforms.

- Demonstratable interest in arts/culture/heritage sector.
Responsibilities And Requirements
- Manage and develop members of the digital media team.
- Manage the workflow of the digital team.
- Contribute to digital strategy and delivery of pitches across the agency.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming digital trends and educate the wider team.
- Manage and maximise digital margins.
- A forward-thinking mindset when it comes to ad tech and programmatic services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 days in office unless agreement put in place at contract stage.
