Are you a detail-driven print production professional with a passion for creative delivery? We’re looking for a Creative & Print Production Executive to join our busy Creative Services team and ensure our campaigns look just as good off-screen as they do on.
As the backbone of our print operations, you'll manage the day-to-day running of the agency’s print services, making sure every output—whether it’s front of house, out-of-home, or marketing materials—is flawlessly produced and delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Print Handling & Production
- Manage end-to-end print buying across FOH, OOH, and marketing campaigns
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure deadlines, specifications, and deliveries are consistently met
- Raise purchase orders and ensure budget control and supplier accountability
- Workflow Management
- Maintain and monitor production workflows to support the creative team
- Step into the Creative & Print Production Manager role during periods of leave, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted service
- Minimum 2 years' experience in print and project management
- Highly organized, methodical, and process-focused mindset
- Confident working in a fast-paced creative studio environment
- Comfortable using project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus)
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
