AKA Recruitment are proud to bring you this Automotive Service Advisor role based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, personable, and detail-driven individual to join a reputable Aftersales Department. You will be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing, repairs, or advice, guiding them through the entire journey from booking through to collection.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, with a Saturday rota 8:30am – 12:30pm (normally 1 Saturday every 2 months).
Salary: An excellent basic salary of £29,700 is on offer, with a full OTE of up to £36,500.
Job Duties Include:
- Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System
- Upselling of additional products to customers
- Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
- Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Requirements:
- Main dealer experience is essential (VWG preferred)
- Knowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageous
- Good Customer Service Skills is a must
- High attention to detail and organisation skills are essential
