A fantastic client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Senior Parts Sales Advisor. This position is based in Matlock and offers a fantastic salary starting at £34k, with an additional bonus of £6k.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm.
Job Duties Include:
- Providing existing customer base with their product requirements
- Handling telephone and sales counter orders and queries
- Communicating offers/promotions to the customer network
- Working with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when needed
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years parts experience is essential
- Knowledge of MAM Software or similar is required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Must be a team player with a desire to succeed
