Job Description
Salary basic starts at £25,400k with the option to develop and further progress within the business\\n\\nJob Duties include:\\n\\nManage a team of drivers, using IT software to support and deliver agreed delivery service to all customers, providing a customer 1st attitude and service.\\n\\nTo perform other general warehouse duties when required.\\n\\nTo carry out multiple deliveries to our existing Branch network, collecting cash on a daily basis from our existing Branches.\\n\\nEnsure we offer high-quality all-round customer service, day in day out.\\n\\nTo ensure parts are picked and packed in an accurate and timely manner.\\n\\nSupport warehouse operations and resolve issues related to delays, damages or discrepancies.\\n\\nBe responsible for the care and maintenance of the fleet of vans including daily checks etc.\\n\\nMaintain a high level of Health & Safety standards\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nA good local knowledge of the area\\n\\nAn excellent team player with the desire to succeed.\\n\\nGood communication skills.\\n\\nA person who can pay careful attention to the job & follow instructions precisely.\\n\\nA Valid Driving License\\n\\nAbility to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.\\n\\nReasons to apply:\\n\\nFamily run business\\n\\nVaried position\\n\\nOption to progress/divert within the business\\n\\nThis role is ideally matched to someone with a logistics background, initially from a multi drop aspect but that isn't essential.
