Aka Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a busy motor trade service department in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Motor Trade Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join a well-established dealership and take ownership of the aftermarket service operation.

The Role – Automotive Service Manager

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the automotive service department, ensuring efficient workshop performance, exceptional customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the service department operations within a busy automotive dealership
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating service advisors and workshop technicians
  • Monitoring workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and CSI scores
  • Overseeing vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance processes
