A fantastic client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Senior Parts Sales Advisor. This position involves working Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm, with a basic salary starting at £35k plus an additional bonus of £6k.
This role is based in Burton for a thriving branch.
Job Duties Include:
- Providing existing customer base with their product requirements
- Handling telephone and sales counter orders and queries
- Communicating offers/promotions to the customer network
- Working with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when needed
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years parts experience is essential
- Knowledge of MAM Software or similar is required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Must be a team player with a desire to succeed
