Aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a main dealership client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester role based in Keighley. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining a forward thinking and established family run business. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with overtime available on weekends on a 1 in 3 basis. Salary basic starts at £33k with a strong OTE on top, there might be negotiations depending on experience.
Job Duties
- Servicing and repairs on a range of brands
- Removal and refitting of mechanical components
- Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
- Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned
- Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles
- All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices
- Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards
Requirements
- Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
- MOT Testing licence is advantageous but not essential
- Own tools
- Full Licence with no more than 6 points
