Job Duties Include:
- Carry out high-quality SMART repairs using industry-leading equipment.
- Complete all allocated work to a consistently high standard, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Attend pre-vetted and approved jobs that are scheduled directly into your calendar.
- Manage your own daily workload and take responsibility for completing repairs efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service when dealing with customers.
- Follow all required Health & Safety and quality control processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and condition of your fully stocked company van and equipment.
- Keep consumable spend under control while maintaining quality and productivity targets.
- Work towards agreed billing and performance targets.
- Ensure customer complaints and declined work remain within company targets.
- Support the wider team and work closely with your Regional and National Technical Managers.
- Take advantage of optional weekend work and overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a SMART Repair Technician.
- Strong technical ability with pride in delivering high-quality repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated and driven with a desire to take control of your future.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Commitment to Health & Safety and quality control procedures.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
