Overview: Aka Recruitment are continuing to work with an expanding client of ours to bring you this rare Service Advisor role. Working with a busy team you will benefit from great company incentives, within an established Dealership based in Sheffield. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. Salary is dependent on experience but would generally be starting at £27k with a strong OTE available on top.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System
- Upselling of additional products to customers
- Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
- Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Requirements:
- Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor position is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Kerridge system is advantageous
- Good customer service skills is a must
- High attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
