A fantastic client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor. The position is based in Leeds and involves working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, with Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm. The role offers a salary of £28-30k plus a bonus, leading to an overall salary of £34-36k.
Job Duties Include:
- Providing existing customer base with their product requirements
- Handling telephone and sales counter orders and queries
- Communicating offers/promotions to the customer network
- Working with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when needed
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years parts experience is essential
- Knowledge of MAM Software or similar is required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Must be a team player with a desire to succeed
