Job Duties Include:
- Handling calls from both new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Processing customer bookings accurately over the telephone
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
- Liaising with the relevant Departments regarding bookings and any additional requirements
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to support sales and develop customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role is essential
- Experience within the Automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A professional approach with a strong focus on customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting customers and the wider team
