Aka Recruitment are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours, who continue to be leading within their sector of the Automotive Industry, to bring you this exciting branch operations position based in Ilkeston. Working Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (42.5 hour contract) you will be rewarded with a strong salary basic of £35k.

Job Duties Include:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Warehouse Operatives, Drivers, Logistic Supports and Logistic Co-ordinators.
  • Manage resource requirements for the branch.
  • Ensure the delivery of customer orders evaluating adherence to SLAs.
  • Process Returns/Warranties in accordance with company procedure.
  • Support the Branch Manager to implement best practice to achieve branch KPI’s and company growth.
  • Promote company values and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse supervisor/team leader experience.
  • Parts knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in using internal systems.
