Aka Recruitment are currently recruiting for an MOT Tester on a contract/freelance basis. This particular role is for a family run business and is solely on the MOT Testing side, hourly rate can head up towards £25 per hour, based in Huddersfield. Generally it would be looking at 3 days a week, however this is a long term contract so is ideally matched to anyone that has other work happening also.
Job Duties Include:
- Removal and refitting of mechanical components
- Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
- Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned
- Completion of MOT Tests and inspections
Requirements:
- Qualified at Level 2 or above (NVQ or City and Guilds)
- Own tools
- MOT Licence
- Full Licence with no more than 6 points
