Aka Recruitment are currently working with a longstanding family run business to bring you this rare opportunity as an invoice clerk. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with no weekends involved, salary basic is depending on experience but can generally look up to £28k.

Job duties:

  • Processing retail, internal, and fleet invoices accurately, ensuring all parts and labor are accounted for.
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards to ensure successful first-time payments.
  • Checking technician job cards for clarity and ensuring all narratives meet audit requirements.
  • Liaising with the workshop staff to resolve any billing discrepancies or work-in-progress delays.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on our Dealer Management System.

Requirements:

  • You must have previous experience within a motor trade service or warranty department.
  • Understand clockings, labor rates, and parts terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in invoicing is also advantageous.
  • Experience with DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge/Keyloop, Pinnacle, or Navigator) is highly desirable.
