Aka Recruitment are excited to bring you this Vehicle Technician role working for our busy dealership client based in Coventry. Working 40 hours per week, this role also includes 1 Saturday per month. Salary starts from £28,000 and goes up to £42,000 depending on experience, with an uncapped bonus structure where most technicians are currently earning £600 – £1000 per month in bonus. Our client is looking to expand their workshop.
Job Duties Include:
- Servicing and maintenance of vehicles
- Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment
- Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
- Carrying out mechanical repairs to a high standard
- Ensuring work is completed in line with manufacturer standards
- Working efficiently both individually and as part of the workshop team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience post apprenticeship
- Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ or City and Guilds)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a busy workshop environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
