AKA Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established, respected main dealership to bring you this Workshop Manager role based in Colne. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy, fast-paced workshop within a professional and supportive environment, ensuring the highest standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. A basic salary of £35,000, with a full OTE of up to £42,300 per year, is on offer.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead the workshop team to deliver technical solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Allocate jobs based on technical requirements and customer demand.
- Conduct daily huddles to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Inspire and mentor the team to develop their technical skills.
- Act as an ambassador for the client’s values, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
- Workshop control experience (ideally with VWG) is essential
- Previous management/team leader experience
- Full UK driving licence
