Aka Recruitment are proud to bring you this Front of House Manager role based in Colne. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a respected main dealership Front of House team and support the growth of the Aftersales department. We are seeking a high-performing individual to manage and develop the operation, delivering financial and operational targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Salary: £35,000 basic, with a full OTE of up to £42,300 per year.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead and manage the Aftersales Front of House team (Service Advisors, booking coordinators & reception team)
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention, delivering a premium Simpsons Skoda experience
- Monitor and improve KPIs including labour sales, parts sales, upsell performance, and Customer Satisfaction
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve individual and departmental targets
- Oversee daily operational performance and customer flow
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to maximise efficiency
- Support the Group Aftersales Manager in budgeting, forecasting and departmental planning
- Ensure full compliance with Skoda brand standards and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an automotive aftersales/service advisor leadership role
- Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs and commercial drivers
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
- Ability to manage performance and drive accountability
- Organised, process-driven and commercially aware
