Job Duties Include:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Assisting with daily cash postings and banking duties
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting the wider accounts team with administrative duties
  • Ensuring all accounting procedures are completed in line with company standards
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers where required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant or similar role
  • Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using accounting software and internal systems
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
