Seeking an Account Manager to lead across luxury lifestyle and hospitality clients in a fiercely independent, fast-growing London agency.
Key Requirements
- Proven PR experience with hospitality and travel clients - bonus points if we already know your work
- Genuine media contacts across national consumer and trade press, particularly food, drink, travel and lifestyle
- Track record of running multiple accounts in a busy agency without dropping a ball
- Strong client relationship skills - the kind that keep clients for years, not quarters
- Confident presenting skills, comfortable holding a room
- Excellent organisation and an eye for detail - this industry moves fast and forgives nothing
- Strong writing with a proven ability to turn a pitch into coverage
- Experience managing and developing junior team members

Responsibilities
- Public Relations
- Secure regular, high-quality press coverage across all your accounts on an ongoing basis
- Write quality, grammatically flawless media materials
- Build and maintain sharp, relevant press lists
- Develop press contacts through frequent communication and face-to-face meetings
- Research forthcoming features through proactive, ongoing contact with the media
- Spot trends and creative feature angles, and lead brainstorms with ideas worth having
- Client Management & Relations
- Develop and maintain strong client relations at all times
- Act as the senior day-to-day point of contact for clients, working closely with the Founders
- Call clients regularly, keeping them updated and reassured
- Prepare all materials needed for meetings - agendas included, no scrambling
- Team Management
- Meet regularly with the Directors to plan strategy, flag opportunities and report wins
- Ensure your team delivers their work responsibly, on time and professionally - admin included
- Monitor and assess junior team members' performance, feeding back to the Directors
