AKA - the London and Dubai based creative and lifestyle agency behind campaigns for Mandarin Oriental, Waldorf Astoria, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Dani Garcia, and some of the most compelling hospitality brands globally, is spinning out a sister company. We’re looking for a third founder to make it happen. This is a genuine partnership opportunity. Not a senior hire dressed up. You will have a seat at the table from day one.

AKA has spent years building multi-channel, perception-changing campaigns for luxury hospitality, travel, F&B and lifestyle brands. We have delivered over 100 million impressions for hotel launches and assisted our clients in securing Michelin stars within seven months. We have generated 460 million impressions across UK media for a single property. Now we are widening our communications scope and looking to offer premium digital delivery for our clients globally.

AKA Digital will sit alongside AKA as a full-stack, data-informed digital partner with a specialist lens on hospitality and lifestyle brands.

What we’ll do:

  • Digital strategy & integrated campaigns
  • Social media strategy, management & daily delivery
  • In-house content creation (photography, video, editorial)
  • Paid media & performance marketing
  • Influencer marketing & brand partnerships

Who we’ll serve:

Food & drink, hospitality, travel, lifestyle and wellness brands, including restaurants, chefs, bars, hotels and destination brands. Both the existing AKA portfolio and an entirely new roster seeking these services.

Where we’ll operate:

UK and UAE initially, with scope to expand into other regions, particularly the USA.

The Opportunity:

You will:

  • Co-found and lead a digital and social studio with a clear sector focus and immediate market demand
  • Shape commercial strategy, pricing models, go-to-market positioning and growth roadmap
  • Win and grow clients across hospitality, travel and lifestyle—leveraging AKA’s network and your own
  • Build and lead a high-performing creative, content and performance team
  • Own P&L, forecasting and scale—this is a full commercial leadership role
  • Act as the senior face externally—with clients, partners, industry leaders and the media

This comes with real equity or profit share, structured around contribution and ambition. Flexibility on exact terms for the right partner.

  • Well-connected in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or adjacent luxury sectors
  • Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership in the early years
  • Most importantly: you know how to turn great creative work into a profitable, scalable business.
