We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong background in finishing works to join our team on a busy housing development project. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile and motivated individual to contribute to high-quality residential construction and be part of a reputable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of finishing tasks including plaster patching, painting, tiling, snagging, silicone application, and minor carpentry.
- Ensure all finishing works meet the highest standards of quality and are completed to deadline.
- Work efficiently within a team but also independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Liaise with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finishings within residential or housing projects.
- Strong multi-trade skills, particularly in plastering, painting, tiling, and basic joinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Own tools and PPE.
- CSCS Card.
